Yoga for Health and Wellness
This beginning yoga class consists of joint-friendly, non-stressful, non-aerobic activities. You'll learn the essentials of relaxation, breathing, and stretching. New participants are welcome to join at any time, but please call Patty Kilbreath to register and obtain important information.
