Attention College Youth (and Parents)
Even if you are away at school or involved in other endeavors that keep you from home, we don't want to lose touch with you. Please make sure we have your address. You never know, you might just get a surprise in the mail!
You may know all about Facebook, the social networking site. Your church has launched a new ministry called Faithbook, a way to stay connected while you're away at college.
Similar to the Faith Friends ministry for our confirmation classes, this new ministry will connect you to adults from your church home who will pray for you, write to you and maybe even send you an occasional treat in the mail. Faithbook will provide a friendly face from your church home and keep you up to date with what's happening while you're away.
In order to be included in Faithbook, you need to register. You can register several ways:
- complete a card which can be found at the Welcome Center in the narthex
- go to the Faithbook page to register online via email.
- call the church office at 276-669-2101
