Godly Play
Godly Play is our children's worship time during 11:00 a.m. worship. Children ages 4 through third grade may participate. In Godly Play, children experience the different components of a worship service in an experiential way. Trained Godly Play storytellers and "shepherds/doorkeepers" assist the children as they greet each other, prepare their hearts, minds and bodies to hear the Bible story, respond to the story, read the scriptures, pray and enjoy a "feast" (simple snack of crackers and water/juice). Stories follow the church year.
Godly Play is held in the Godly Play classroom on the first floor. Children attend the beginning of 11:00 worship in the Sanctuary and are dismissed to Godly Play after
Time for Children. Please sign your child in using the green cards in the pew racks or with the adult helper in the first pew.

8:45 am Worship (CrossWalk and Chapel)
- Nursery provided in Rooms #103 and #104 for infants through Pre-Kindergarten
10:00 Sunday School
- Infants: Nursery provided in Room #103
- Toddlers (age 18 months)-Twos: Sunday School provided in Room #104
- Ages 3, 4, Pre-K: Sunday School in Room #106
- K-6th Graders - G.R.E.A.T. Adventure Rotation Sunday School - upstairs in Children’s Wing
11:00 Worship
- Nursery provided in Rooms #103 and #104 for infants through age three
- 'Godly Play' for ages 4 thru grade 3 (Children attend 1st part of worship and leave for Godly Play after Time for Children)
We believe the Gospel is for persons of all ages and we welcome children in all our worship services. Families with children are encouraged to sit close to the front of the sanctuary so children feel more included in the worship experience. Worship booklets, “Parenting in the Pew” tips and children’s booklets are available in the narthex and from the ushers.
A short “Time for Children” is offered each Sunday - with the exception of Communion Sundays. Immediately following Time for Children, children ages four through third grade are invited to Godly Play Children’s Worship.
Fourth thru sixth graders are invited to worship in the sanctuary with their families.
